Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your framed print please contact us and let us know. We aim for 100% satisfaction, 100% of the time.

Due to the nature of our items being personalised we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you request a refund before your items are printed and sent we will refund the total amount minus 10% artwork and administration fee.

Damaged Goods

Naturally, when shipping items there is always a chance of damage during transit. If you do receive any items you believed to have been damaged in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to rectify any issues you may have and we will gladly and apologetically replace any items that may have suffered damage in transit.
