How much does shipping cost?

We have managed to keep shipping costs down to a flat rate of $14.95, sent anywhere in Australia. By partnering up with a number of different Australian courier business we have kept our shipping costs to a minimum and by having a flat rate cost it ensures that you have no surprises when you get to check out.

What's is the turn around time?

We aim to have all orders printed, framed, packaged and with the courier within 3 business days of placing your order. If for some reason there is a slight delay, we will contact you via email to let you know. 

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped from our workshop in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. As soon as your order is complete we will hand your print over to a local courier to be delivered. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Gold Coast and Brisbane orders are delivered the following business day. Sunshine Coast, Cairns, Newcastle and Sydney orders take 2 days to be delivered. Melbourne and Canberra orders are delivered in 3 days. Prints going to Adelaide take around 3-4 business days. Perth orders take around 7 days. If you require your prints by a certain date please let us know via email and we will let you know when we can get your prints to you. We can sometimes work miracles so send us an email and we will try our best.

How about packaging?

It is our responsibility to ensure that your prints arrive on time and in pristine condition. We secure your prints in quality Australian environmentally sustainable packaging. If any damage has occurred to your framed print during transit please email us with a photo of the damage and we will replace it immediately.
