How heavy are the frames?

Our frames are can easily be hung from a small screw secured to a wall. They range in weight from our Small Square frame which is approximately 0.8 kg's through to our Large Rectangle size which is approximately 1.6 kg's.

What's is the turn around time?

We aim to have all orders printed, framed, packaged and with the courier within 3 business days of placing your order. If for some reason there is a slight delay, we will contact you via email and let you know. If there is a specific time that you need your prints delivered please add a message to the notes section when placing your order.

How do I know if the photo quality is good enough?

We review the quality of all the uploaded images before printing. If there is an issue with image quality we will contact you and discuss alternatives. If you want to check with us first, please email your image along with the intended print size and we will get back to you.

Upload assistance

Upload your image as it is. We can convert and fine-tune your images from our end to ensure that your image is looking it's best for printing. If there is an issue with the quality of your image, we will contact you and discuss potential options. In the perfect world, your uploaded images will be in JPEG format, CYMK, and high quality.

What if I'm purchasing a gift and would like the print sent directly to them?

If you’re purchasing a gift for someone and would like the order sent directly to their address, simply enter their address into the Shipping field when placing your order. And don't worry, we don't include an invoice with the print.

I have a gift voucher, how do I use it?

If you have a Canvas and Wood Gift Voucher, you're welcome to use this for your own personal photos or you can select from one of our artist's prints. Once you have decided on your order, please email us along with your unique voucher code and we will direct you to the next step.
